The Sanctuary is a soft, private space built on trust. By creating an account and joining, you agree to respect these guidelines so that everyone can feel safe and held here.

• Honor differences in identity, belief, and journey.
• No hate, harassment, or harmful language will be tolerated.

2. Privacy & Safety

• What is shared here stays here. Do not copy, screenshot, or share another member’s post outside this community.
• You may use a display name or nickname of your choosing to remain anonymous.
• Never share personal contact details (phone, address, etc.) publicly on the Wall.

3. Content Boundaries

• No medical, legal, or professional advice.
• Gentle sharing of your story is welcome. Attempts to “fix” or instruct others are not.
• Add a Content Note if your post includes potentially heavy topics (grief, trauma, illness), so others can choose how to engage.

4. Moderation

• The Sanctuary is a curated, safe space. Posts that break these guidelines may be edited or removed by moderators.
• Repeated violations may result in removal from the community.

5. Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for the content you share.
• The Weighted Blanket Project™ is not a substitute for therapy or emergency services. If you are in immediate crisis, please reach out to local hotlines or emergency resources.
