Refund & Returns Policy

At The Weighted Blanket Project, we create every offering with deep care and intention. Because many of our products are digital or made-to-order, we’ve crafted a gentle but clear returns policy to protect both your experience and the integrity of our small studio.


Digital Kits & Downloads

All digital products — including digital kits, printable tools, audio resources, and other downloads — are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed once accessed.

We encourage you to read product details carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether a digital kit is right for you, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to answer questions before you buy.


Physical + Digital Kits

Our deluxe kits include both downloadable materials and physical workbooks printed to order. Because these kits include digital items, they are not eligible for full refunds.

We aren’t responsible for packages once they’ve been shipped, however, if your physical component arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the damaged part of your order at no additional cost. Please ensure that you give the correct mailing address on physical orders. We are not responsible if mailing address is wrong or for lost, missing packages.


Shop Items (Mugs, Apparel, Prints, Journals, etc.)

Our physical shop items are fulfilled through Printify and are made-to-order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing issues or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue quickly and compassionately.
